Yasmine Cheyenne is a Self-Healing Expert, Author of The Sugar Jar, Wellness Coach, Meditation and Yoga Instructor, and Workshop Leader, committed to providing healing accessibility and mental help support through the power of unification. Yasmine’s expertise has been featured on The Today Show, Forbes, InStyle, Essence, Well + Good, Revolt TV, Refinery29, and most recently TEDx, where she spoke on the topic of ‘How Boundaries Make Space For The Sweet Things In Life.'
In December 2022, Yasmine published her debut book The Sugar Jar: Create Boundaries, Embrace Self-Healing, and Enjoy the Sweet Things in Life (Harper One/Harper Collins). The Sugar Jar is a guided manual that demonstrates how minor adjustments in one’s life can go a long way and by setting boundaries and breaking limiting beliefs, readers can live a more balanced and fulfilled life. The Sugar Jar is Yasmine’s signature metaphor in which we are the jar and the sugar is our energy. She teaches us how to maintain a healthy lid, or boundary, as a tool for helping us protect our energy and identify patterns in what depletes and what restores us.
The Sugar Jar’s debut followed the creation of The Sugar Jar® Community app, a safe space that Yasmine curated to lead subscribers through self-awareness development and ultimately, provide them with additional resources to support one’s mental health. With 200,000 Instagram followers, Yasmine is teaching The Sugar Jar community how to make lasting changes in their lives. Yasmine also hosts The Sugar Jar Podcast where she has meaningful conversations with experts as well as solo episodes detailing her own personal experiences and journey towards self-healing.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Yasmine enlisted in the United States Air Force when she was 19 years old. Under the Force’s legal department, Yasmine served as the Victim Advocate for the base, supporting victims of crime and domestic abuse. The experience shined a light on her capacity to hold space for people dealing with tough grievances and her natural ability to help them navigate through their self-healing journeys. It was during this time that Yasmine began her own personal healing work and started to acknowledge her own traumas. Yasmine applied
her knowledge she gained with the Airforce, and went on to work for the Fortune 100 Company, Mercer, and later, The Department of Veterans Affairs. Throughout her time with both the Airforce and the VA, a fire was ignited in Yasmine bringing forth a yearning for something beyond the 15 years of legal work she had under her belt. She followed the call to care for herself and by doing so realized her passion ultimately aligned with encouraging others to do the same.

'The Reset' is more than just an event; it's a culmination of a personal journey and a vision to empower women to embrace their full potential. Inspired by a transformative trip to California in June 2023, 'The Reset' was born out of a deep need for renewal and clarity.
During that pivotal journey, amidst the beauty of California's landscapes, I found the space to recalibrate and reflect on my own healing journey. It became evident how integral it is to create space for regulation, reflection, and learning – how these elements intertwine to unlock the true essence of our purpose.
Joined by two remarkable women who would soon become friends, I pieced together the impact of my healing journey on every aspect of my life. I discovered the profound connection between mental health, physical well-being, financial stability, and the ability to foster meaningful connections within our communities.
'The Reset' is my offering to women everywhere who are seeking clarity and momentum. It's a platform to candidly discuss both the missteps and the triumphs, while focusing on actionable steps towards building the life you envision. It's about embracing a holistic approach – recognizing that nurturing oneself on all levels is paramount. No longer should we neglect one area to fix another, for they are all interconnected.
Together, let's unplug from the chaos of everyday life and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Know that you are not alone – 'The Reset' is a beacon of support, guiding you towards letting others into your journey and witnessing glorious results.
The road ahead may not always be easy, but with 'The Reset,' you'll discover the strength in unity and the power of collective growth.
